Is Event Insurance Required?
Yes, all renters must purchase event insurance. A $1million policy is required which typically costs less than $1 per person. We have partnered with Event Helper to streamline this process. Please visit https://www.theeventhelper.com#uan8wd to purchase the required insurance.
Can I use my own caterer?
Yes, you may use the licensed and insured caterer of your choice.
Can I provide my own alcohol?
The bartending service must be a licensed and insured bartending service. We have partnered with two licensed and insured bartending companies that you may choose from or you may make a recommendation for another company which we are willing to review. You may provide your own food and drinks in the dressing rooms while you are getting ready, but all alcohol must be removed prior to the start of the ceremony.

Are there any restrictions on decorations?

Nothing may be attached to any surface using nails, staples, tape, glue, or any other means

Flameless candles are allowed. Candles with flame are not allowed.

Confetti and glitter are not allowed to be used anywhere on the property.

Any flower petals used outdoors must be fresh, not artificial.

Are there any restrictions on music/noise?
​Amplified music, such as DJs or bands, are not allowed to perform outside for a reception. If your reception includes acoustic music, or other non-amplified entertainment, we can discuss options with you. All outdoor music must end by 9pm to comply with the Metamora Township Noise Ordinance. Outdoor music should be no louder than 90 decibels.
